More Automail Derek Au!
Derek gets injured pretty bad by some hunters and manages to get to Deaton’s place just in time to fall unconscious. Deaton and his assistant Stiles know one of Derek’s arms are gone for good, but the other is just as bad, having a nasty wolfs bane bullet lodged in too deep. Derek wakes up with a set of mechanical arms that react to his body.
halfway through i lost track what i was gonna do then i remembered i can do other people’s AUs so i did

(Cont.) crushed his arms and Stiles, who had been training under Deaton, designed Derek’s automail and helped perform the surgery in bolting it on. And since Stiles designed it he’d be like Derek’s personal mechanic and he does upgrades on it whenever they are need (like giving extendable claws or remaking it with a different type of metal that’s resistant to rust) and they grow closer and talk about stuff and eventually just start hanging out and being cuties??? I HAVE SO MANY HEAD CANONS FOR THIS AU!!
Yeah! I’ve seen some FMA, It’s a little dark for my tastes, but yeah the idea of this au is VERY LOOSELY based off of it. :]

SCREAMS
Summary: After losing his pack and both his forearms, Derek seeks out Stiles Stilinski, an automail mechanic who specializes in werewolf amputees. Following the surgery is Derek’s recovery and with it, his growing feeling for the quirky mechanic now living in his remolded family home.
Derek knew pain. Pain was a constant in his life. The world always had something knew to throw his way, something to add to the pain. After Paige, after Kate, after the fire, he’d asked “Why me? What did I do wrong?” After Laura, after Peter, he realized it was because he deserved it. He deserved the pain and the loneliness because he’d betrayed his family, he’d killed his pack. He deserved pain.

I need an au where Derek has mechanical(robot?) arms because of reasons. Not the ones with all the gadgets and lasers, just arms that react to his mind and need charging every once in a while. Of course it will be a future au, i’m not sure what the cause of replacing his arms is, I’ll think about that. But he’s still a werewolf and because of his arms, electricity doesn’t effect him as much. in fact, it charges his arms. Probably a big shock to the first hunters trying to kill Derek. I’m also thinking Deaton built them for him, sometimes sending his assistant, stiles, to help Derek keep up maintenance. only to find that Derek mostly has it under control. Deaton continues to send him anyway.
After their relationship has grown, Derek finds himself constantly wanting to touch Stiles; as in feel his skin. just to figure out if it’s really as soft as it looks. since he cant feel things with his arms, and it would be creepy to even try in the first place; much less with his elbow or something he just accepts that he never will, and quietly admires from afar. their first kiss, Derek gets carried away and just starts rubbing his face on Stiles’ face.
Whenever making physical contact, Derek is always afraid to touch stiles with his arms, his cold, metal, non-human arms. he gets self conscious thinking stiles would rather have someone who has easier cuddling appendages or can help him with baking. Upon hearing this, Stiles smiles and takes Derek’s face in his hands and tells him about how he never even dreamed about Derek liking him back, because of his lame, boring and unattractive self. Derek immediately refuses to have any of it saying how perfect stiles is. Stiles laughs and tells Derek that’s exactly how he feels about Derek no matter what limbs he has or not.
