It’s the feet that really get him, mostly because Stiles looks like he’s wearing giant fluffy novelty boots.
“What am I… what am I looking at?” Derek asks slowly, bewildered. They’d been forced to retreat to the old Hale house by a rogue set of hunters Chris was trying to pin down and Stiles had, of course, stepped straight into a lake on their way. Okay, less stepped and more fell ungainly head first in. Basically, he’d been soaked and it was winter and Derek had been tugging Stiles’ wet clothes off when Stiles’ lips had gone blue dammit and he’d started to say, “No, you can’t, I’m too col-“
That’s when it had happened, whatever it was.
Stiles has a white furry mantel, long black claws with white fur coating his arms up to the elbows and he has the aforementioned big white fuzzy feet. As Derek stares at him and Stiles fidgets uncomfortably, he notices Stiles also has tiny black horns sticking out from his hair and his canines have lengthened just the tiniest bit.
"What am I looking at?” he repeats, probably a touch hysterically.
YES! Exactly! I had the same idea about how he changes. When he gets really cold. of course i was going to do some more research because i don’t know how cold beacon hills really gets. but this wrapped it up for me. i love it. :D
