I would’t say Derek is jealous. Stiles can: heal, withstand extremely cold temperatures, freeze things, and shed(lol). He probably has a few other abilities like werewolves, maybe hearing and sight. but they wouldn’t be as strong as a werewolves. 

Oh, then again, stiles has the whole ‘turning into the full on abominable snowman thing’, so i’m not sure. Stiles also has to deal with Yeti hunters, Rookies and professionals alike. So Derek may not be jealous of that.
