Derek WOULD be a morning person. And leverage it against Stiles at any possible opportunity. And not need coffee because it doesn’t work on werewolves, same as alcohol, so he never aquired the taste.

And Stiles just flops around on the kitchen granite moaning miserably that he HATES Derek and oh God why did he move in with someone capable of movement before 9AM, and Derek slides a plate of bacon down towards him and Stiles munches on it, like, “Oh, THAT’S why, I wanted someone who could operate a stove in the morning and never get a heart attack.”
