Hey there! A few big things happening for Tied in Red.

Many things happening are on Patreon.

With lots of thought and calculations, I’ve decided to change Patreon reward tiers as demand has grown and life is changing. These wont be in effect until June.

• There’s a new reward for $2 tiers. This is where the art for mail patrons is posted and extra doodles and work in progresses appear.
  
• Read ahead pages will now be $5 Per month. It’s absolutely fine if you cannot afford it. Tied in Red Continues to be free and this tier is just for those who cannot wait and can support that through Patreon. 
  
• A new $10 tier will be elaborated more below.
  
• The $25 Tier is now the mail tier. the previous cost to send original drawings out to multiple people was starting to be too much to handle. I had been biting more than i could chew.
  
• The $30 tier is the character spot tier where a character will be a cameo in Tied in Red. Wherever i need a character/characters, one of yours can now be in that spot! It’s a one time thing, but drawing mail will be sent to you the months after the first payment. (The cameo will still happen after one stops paying for this tier as long as they paid once.)
  

The next thing is… A redrawing.

Tied in Red is an experimental comic. I tried different styles and shadings throughout the run so far. Heck, It’s likely to change yet again. But what i want to do is redraw or edit almost every page thus far to a unified style. I am one person and it may be slow, but i plan to sporadically post new pages every month. This is the new $10 tier. Until i have drawn a good amount of pages, this is Patreon exclusive.

I plan to add more pages, elaborate on certain scenes, dialogue, and characters. It’s going to be a big project on top of advancing Tied in red, but i hope to manage with your help. This leads to my next piece of news. Why redraw?

I want to eventually print and sell Tied in Red books.

This is a farther in the future plan. I would like to draw it all first and then decide how to print it. But this is the plan that started all of this. Not much to say at the moment. Little steps.

More stories within the universe

Ned and Doug are actually not the first characters i had for the red string universe. There was first the main 8 or so. Multiple characters out and about in the Tied in Red world. All their stories and relationships being told simultaneously. This will require a LOT more planning that Ned and Doug. Another story was with the boring guy and rude dude mentioned once. (That’s what i’m calling them for now.) I wont touch on any of this until Tied in Red: Ned and Doug is done. Yes i’m implying this is a series.
